1. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
As per COD regulations in Pakistan, courier riders are not allowed to open the parcel before payment.

You may inspect the product only after the payment is completed.

If you wish to return the product after receiving it, you must first notify our Customer Support Team.

Please do not insist the courier rider to open the package, as it is against COD policy.
2. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

A return will be refused if:

The original invoice/receipt is not provided.

The product is opened, used, or unsealed.

The product has been tampered with or missing serial number, stamp, batch code, or barcode.

Packaging is not original or is damaged due to improper handling.

The request is made after 7 days.

The item was purchased on sale, discount, or promotion.

The item is a near-expiry or clearance product.

The product caused personal reactions (allergies, gastric issues, headache, etc.).
Please consult your physician before using supplements. -
The product falls under non-returnable categories (see section below).
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be issued for your next purchase.
3. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
For safety, hygiene, and quality control, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used supplements, powders, capsules, or sachets

Perishable nutrition items

Personalized/custom orders

Digital products, courses, or educational materials once accessed

Hazardous or flammable goods

Items bought on sale or via special promotion

Gift cards/vouchers
4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange:

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

If approved:

You may visit our MNT (Pvt.) Ltd. office to return the product and receive the exchange.

Or courier the product to our Head Office:
MNT (Pvt.) Ltd., VIP Block, Street #5, Hostel City, Park View Road, Islamabad.

If returning through courier:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

The customer will bear the return shipping costs.

Replacement items will be shipped within 2–5 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Note:
MNT (Pvt.) Ltd. does not offer cash refunds. Exchanges or store credit will be issued as per policy.
5. DAMAGES & WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order at delivery. If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective item

A wrong or mismatched item
Contact our customer support immediately so we can resolve the issue at the earliest.
6. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

If any product is proven not to be genuine, MNT (Pvt.) Ltd. offers a 100% money-back guarantee.
7. REFUND POLICY (IF APPLICABLE)
Refunds are only applicable if:

A product is proven counterfeit

The item is unavailable after payment

There is a verified delivery error by MNT (Pvt.) Ltd.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days, contact us again.
