International shipping can be arranged on request.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–4 working days

Other Cities / Rural Areas: 3–7 working days

Special circumstances: Weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays may cause slight delays.
You will receive an SMS or email notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges vary depending on:

Courier partner’s rate at the time of dispatch
Exact shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or minimum-order requirements.
4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan.

As per courier regulations, the parcel cannot be opened before payment.

If you need to return the product, you can do so after receiving and inspecting it (see Return Policy).
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped:

A tracking number will be sent through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or tracking portal.

7. WRONG OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If your parcel arrives:

Opened/tampered

Short of items

Or you received the wrong product
Please report this to our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We will investigate and resolve the issue immediately.
8. FAILED DELIVERIES
Your order may be marked as "undelivered" if:

The courier is unable to reach you

The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect

You are unavailable to receive the parcel
In such cases:

The courier may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times

You may be contacted via phone or SMS

The order may be returned to us if all attempts fail
If your parcel is returned to us due to customer-side issues, re-shipping charges will apply.
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Optional Line)
