A small type 2 diabetes trial found no significant benefit

A 2017 randomized trial included 32 adults with type 2 diabetes who had not started glucose-lowering therapy. Participants received 8 grams per day of moringa leaf capsules or a comparison treatment for four weeks. The study did not find a significant difference in fasting plasma glucose or HbA1c.

A prediabetes study found a possible signal
